History
This exhibition started life as the brainchild of Late Pamela Banks who in 1991 founded Art on the Railings Chepstow.
The first saturday of the summer months sees the covered walkway, beside St Mary's Church , full of artists from many backgrounds and with many different styles, exhibiting their work.
Starting with a small group of artists this festival of colour and creative delights has grown to a community of over 150 artists young and old.
